Gilchrist Property Consultants was founded in June 2007 by Managing Director, Emma Gilchrist BSc MRICS.

Emma started as an Investment Graduate with Jones Lang La Salle in Glasgow and progressed on to become Senior Fund Manager at Royal London, running a £200m UK wide portfolio for pension fund and private client investors for over 12 years. She has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the property market including acquisitions / disposals, funding development opportunities, property management, joint ventures across the UK.
 
In 2008, Emma became one of the first surveyors in the UK to be qualified to complete Energy Performance Certificates (EPC''s) in both England/Wales and Scotland, allowing Gilchrist Property Consultants to be able to deal with cross border companies requirements for EPC''s.

In 2016, Emma qualified as a Section 63 Advisor and Display Energy Certificate assessor.
